Five Exercises to Tighten Your Buns

NORTHEAST GEORGIA - Trying to get your body ready for bathing suit season?  Learn just five exercises to tighten your buns. According to fitness trainer April Gellatly, strengthening the largest muscle in your body, your butt, all starts with your heart.

First you start with the hip check. Then, an exercise called the pointer. Then stairs to elevate the heart rate. Then a squat jump. And finally, a forward lunge with at twist, making sure the knees don't go past the toes.

All of this combine toning the buns while strengthening the heart.
